For the First Time in American, British & Canadian Law The Right Honorable Major Nourhaghighi Has filed lawsuits as against " Vexatious Judges & Lawyers" In the Trials, the Judge stated " I never heard of legal term of Vexatious Judge or Vexatious Lawyer, Council " will you please provide a definition. Major stated: " A Vexatious Judge, is a Judge that without any ground adjourning the hearing; and/or making similar Orders without fellow up, and/or abusing his/her judicial immunity and public trust" AND Vexatious Lawyer intentionally adjourning hearing or trial to increase the Costs of his/her Clients. VERO, JOSEPH = the corrupt Property Manager of Major Nourhaghighi's Condominium who is defendant in Major action for Theft. Vero, as a party of conspiracy with the Attorney General has committed perjury against by providing false evidence in his Affidavit of January 29, 1997 that Major must sell his property as he was Iranian Military Officer, therefore, his existence was dangerous for other residents. Vero's Application was dismissed by the Court, but the Attorney General and Condo's harassments never ceased-July 6,2002 .

VEXATIOUS = Major Nourhaghighi defines "Vexatious" as a type of abuse of process and harassment by a party in such that causes nuisances for other parties and mislead the Court from the main issue in dispute. Any unsuccessful proceedings, even one, may fall within the definition of "Vexatious"; any malicious prosecution by the Crown or any party, and/or any frivolous appeal and/or motion; any application or/and action; even harassing illegal Notice of Arrears issues by the Property Managers, Banks, Companies, demanding unlawful money, may give a right to the victim to move before the Court and ask that the oppressive party be declared as "Vexatious Litigant"
VEXATIOUS ACT = An Act of the British Law that has been copied by the Canadian Law, allowing the Court to make an Order upon application that a victim of abuse of process and harassment by a party be prohibited to bring any further proceedings without first obtaining the leave of the Court. However, this good law has been abused by Canadian Lawyers and Crowns against any citizens who make a complaint or a claim against their corruptions and torts. On February 6, 1997, at 2:30PM Corrupt Judge Wilkins subjected Major under Section 140 of Court of Justice Act, upon application by the few corrupt lawyers and the Law Society who were defendants in Major's action. Corrupt Judge Wilkins was drunk when he made such oppressive Order against Major. However, later, from 3:30 to 5PM Wilkins J paid attention to Major's master documents that the said defendants conspired against Senior Judge Coo. Wilkins J had very bad look to all lawyers [Gosnell, in the Courtroom who cheated him, and made Order that all Major's actions not be subject of "Time Limitations" and all Major's motions for leave be granted.

The Lord of Law, Major Nourhaghighi is the First Citizen in all British Colonies who were successful to force corrupt police, judges and lawyers to stay away from him in such that no criminal or even highway traffic charges were brought against him since he filed his application in August 1996; and all pending proceedings against him by Ontario Crown were concluded on November 1997. However, the corrupt Crown, immoderately conspired with the Federal Crown, and from June 1998 to March 14, 2014, ample malicious prosecutions were held against him at the corrupt Federal Court of Canada, in such that the Crown, unlawfully trespassed the Immigration Data and deleted all Major Nourhaghighi's lawful landed documents and tried to deport him from Canada, by fraud in document. In May 7, 2003, Major discovered the crimes against administration of Justice and asked the Minister of Citizenship must show cause for contempt of Court being responsible for deleting his landed documents. Soon after Major discovered that the Spying Agency of Canada was involved in the said crime, and charged them and prosecuted them in six days trial during June and December 2005. The Federal Crown, as revenge as the USA to not allow Major enter USA and did not allow any of his relatives to visit him In Canada that all related files were closed on March 14, 2014; whereas, the corrupt British Judge James Rusell in clear conspiracy with the Crown and Law Society planned to Kill Major at his Home on March 21, 2014; watch the Vido how Toronto Police with Gun trespassed Major Nourhaghighi's Home!
